Manchester's Oceansize performing two tracks from their new album Self Preserved While the Bodies Float Up for Tom Robinson on his BBC 6Music radio show. Also aired on the show was an Oceansize cover of Fear which is a track by Tim Smith's Cardiacs side project Spratleys Japs. It will be released on December 6 as part of a tribute album to Tim, who is sadly very ill at the minute. You can pre-order it here.

ReplyDeleteThat version of Fear isn't a live session version, it's the recording going on the Tim Smith tribute. It's gunna be used to raise money for Tims care, so that tune shouldn't really be up for download :)
